Personality
General Personality: She's a rebellious teenager trying to make a name for herself. She isn't too big on authority. Very street smart but not so much book smart. Very passionate and will make it known. 

Good Traits: Even though she is rebellious and doesn't take well to authority she is very loyal and keeps her promises.
Bad Traits: Can get heated very easily and has no mouth filter which gets her into trouble sometimes. Is known to be selfish at times and especially when she is younger lacks empathy.

Relationships 
Closest Friends: Is very close the second wave of the members on the team rather than the older original members. Her best friend is Cassie/Wondergirl and Jason Todd (when he was Robin)

Family: Olette has a twin brother, Arthur, and a baby sister Nina. Her mother and father tended to pay more attention to her siblings so she was never very close with them. She grew up rather jealous of her brother but as they got older they share a very strong bond.

Weapon(s): Weapons vary from past weapons of other reincarnations of Arthur, the ultimate weapon being being Excalibur which she earns when she's 16 at the end of season 2. She is still trying to figure out her signature weapon, but is finding the prefence in melee weaponry for close combat.

Style: Swift and offensive

Strengths: She is able to adapt quickly to other's fighting styles and can spot weak points. Uses her short stature to her benefit

Her hubris can get the best of her sometimes.

While strong there are others out there much stronger than her and can take her down.

Background:
Olette is the new reincarnation of King Arthur, whose spirit reincarnates throughout his descendants to gain skills and experiences to aid him for his grand return when England faces its darkest hour. The previous reincarnation, which was her grandfather on her father's side, passed away before she and her twin were born.  Following the pattern one of them would be the next Arthur. Even though she was born three minutes before her brother her parents assumed that her brother was the new Arthur since all the previous Arthurs were also male, even going as far to name him Arthur being so confident that it was him.

Since her brother was deemed the new Arthur her parents spent much of their time training and preparing him for his birthright, thus neglecting Olette. The neglect went even further when her baby sister Nina was born, her parents attention being split to Arthur and Nina.

Olette sought out other things to fill the void such as sports, being one of the best players for her school's female softball team. She also got into parkour after she saw a group of teens doing it in Central Park, who took her into their "crew" and taught her.

Even though she always told herself she didn't need her parents approval/attention, she did resent her brother for all the attention he was getting from their parents, soon growing to even hate the idea of King Arthur. However her mindset changed when she was 12 when she magically summoned a shield in order to protect her brother who was being bullied by some kids on the street on the way home from school. (As much as she resented him she wouldn't let someone else harm him). Thankfully they never saw these kids again and no one believed what they saw. She went home that day with the most smug look a 12 year old could muster.

Arthur was actually quite relieved that Olette was actually the reincarnation of Arthur. Though having been trained in multiple forms of combat by his father nothing ever felt right and he was beginning to feel burdened by the role he was "destined" to play. With the revelation that Olette was the "True King", Arthur began going by his middle name Felix and began focusing on his studies, finding the pen mightier than the sword. 

Her parents attempted to start training her, but from the past years of neglect she wouldn't let them. She tried self training herself but was still very confused on how everything worked. That is until one day Shining Knight appeared at their home and offered to take her under his wing and train the new little king. Olette joined him, becoming his protege known as Pendragon.

Though much better at training her than her parents ever could there was a disconnection between the two, him and his mindset being from the very distant past. So Shining Knight turned to the Justice League (him being a new member) and asked for their help. Pendragon was placed on the team in order to learn from multiple heroes and her fellow proteges.
